Due to the perishable nature of our premium olive oils and vinegars, we are unable to accept returns on food products once they have shipped. However, we are dedicated to your satisfaction and will replace any items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Process

Carefully examine your Brightland products upon arrival to ensure everything is in perfect condition and correct according to your order summary.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product labels to help us process your replacement quickly.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items to initiate a resolution.
- 4.Receive Replacement
Once approved, we will ship out a fresh replacement of your olive oil or gift set at no additional cost to you, ensuring your pantry remains stocked.
